Our purpose
We connect railway history, observation and small-scale modelling. The site is independent of Isle of Man Transport, Groudle Glen Railway and railway manufacturers. We do not sell railway tickets or provide live departures. Historical guides focus on understanding what you see; the model bench focuses on planning before spending.
How we use sources
Vehicle cards and historical milestones link to the operator’s pages. Our practical advice is original editorial guidance, not a claim of professional operation or hands-on product testing. We leave unsupported technical fields blank rather than guessing. The locomotive illustration is original stylised artwork, not a drawing of a particular preserved engine.
